I Didn’t Know al-Qaeda Was Our 3rd Branch of Govt….

Judge Amahdushybag bin-Biggs al-Taylor
Federal Judge Anna bin-Biggs al-Taylor.

A federal judge in Detroit yesterday ruled that President Bush’s domestic terrorist surveillance program is unconstitutional, agreeing with a challenge from the American Civil Liberties Union and a group of lawyers, academics and journalists.

… ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero told reporters that the opinion was “another nail in the coffin in the Bush administration’s legal strategy in the war on terror.”

So, what else is new? stopaclu.png

What would Gunny say?

GySgt Burghardt flips off the Muj that tried and failed to kill him.

Yeah, that’s what I thought… What do I say?

    Nah, he has better hair.
Seems the norm here in the US lately, the lib courts tie the hands of those who can and do…and then libs gripe about why nothing is done to prevent terrorism. GRRRRR

You mean, old Kim Jong “poofy-hair” Mentally Ill? Fling him to Mexico, too!

Your honor I would like to nominate Federal Judge Anna bin-Biggs al-Taylor, for the Congressional Medal of Fugly.

And to the 6th Court of Appeals who is (once again) going to reverse her decision (and deliver it by suppository) I say Hey Hey!

  5. GunnNutt Says:

I second that nomination! She’s as Fugly as they come and stoopid to boot! Let the “golden suppository” delivery commence.

Sorry to go off topic GN. Referring to your post about the soldier who wondered why, and it set you back?

Stephanie posted a comment over at Samantha Speaks thanking you and all who gave her comfort and support, under the article Sam wrote about her.

You … even you .. the atomic powered troop supporter, need to read her thank you note. You done good gurl. You do make a difference.

And she checked with the doctor and she will get to go to her husband\’s graduation. We can\’t wait to meet her. That will occur a week from today. Me and Ma are leaving for the Fort Benning School for Boys Wednesday of next week.

You will never really know, how many lives you have touched, and how many people you have kept going.

    GN: Quit embarrassing me!

She looks almost liberal enough to serve on the Supreme Court, under the name of Ginsberg. They are sisters in crime.

  8. Samantha West Says:

    RE: jim b’s comment.

Here! Here! GunnNut! You are the atomic powered super patriot!!!

RE: Federal Judge Anna bin-Biggs al-Taylor.

What scares me the most about people like her is that it’s all about “nailing Bush” and not about protecting our country or it’s people.
