Federal Judge Anna bin-Biggs al-Taylor.
A federal judge in Detroit yesterday ruled that President Bush’s domestic terrorist surveillance program is unconstitutional, agreeing with a challenge from the American Civil Liberties Union and a group of lawyers, academics and journalists.
… ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero told reporters that the opinion was “another nail in the coffin in the Bush administration’s legal strategy in the war on terror.”
So, what else is new?

Seems the norm here in the US lately, the lib courts tie the hands of those who can and do…and then libs gripe about why nothing is done to prevent terrorism. GRRRRR

And she checked with the doctor and she will get to go to her husband\’s graduation. We can\’t wait to meet her. That will occur a week from today. Me and Ma are leaving for the Fort Benning School for Boys Wednesday of next week.
