Yeah, I’m Slow…SMASH in Town!

‘Twasn’t until I saw him last night that I learned SMASH was in town! He reported for duty July 7th and will be here for a while working on a project.

My Assignment: I’m stuck in a little cubbyhole of an office a few blocks away, working as the military liaison to a tiny government commission that has “White House” in its name, but otherwise has little interaction with the denizens of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. It’s a temporary active duty assignment, through the end of the fiscal year (September 30).

The totally cool part of his being in the Nation’s Capital are the posts of his interactions with FreeRepublic‘s arch nemeses of CodePink! Check out his lunchtime walk posts for some very illuminating and entertaining “dialog” with the moonbats.
