My prayers are with PFC Menchaca, PFC Tucker, their families and friends. Their service, sacrifice and bravery are immeasurable. They, like so many others, WILL NOT be and ARE NOT forgotten.

Yes fm, impaling is entirely appropriate! At least as Step 1. Other actions to include a liberal use of JDAMs, MOABs, daisy-cutters, nukes, etc.

Intentionally inflicted violent and painful deaths will achieve nothing – ask the insurgents, since that is their modus operandi.
Resolute and clinical treatment for the disease is all that is required. In this case, that often means a violent end for the afflicted, but not because we revel in killing.
We are not our enemy; stooping to the level of sub-humans will not bring back the dead.

While I agree with Trevor about taking the high road I must say there IS some small satisfactin in imagining terrible consequences. So saying – I agree entirely with the need to act, to respond in some kind and to stop these evil-doers.
